As everyone is asleep the sky is alive in all of it's glory. I created this piece with the images of a cold, winter night, when the air itself seemed to crackle, and the northern lights didn’t just dance they sang. Thick, impasto strokes carve the light into being, while the shadows swallow everything else whole. This isn’t just a scene. It’s a reckoning. A reminder that beauty isn’t always soft. Sometimes, it’s raw, untethered, and so incredibly magical.
