Hello, I'm Tracy Leon.
Self-taught artist with over 20 years of experience, inspired by the intricate beauty of nature and unexpected elements. While I’m naturally drawn to bold, vibrant colours, I also appreciate the striking contrast found in black and white imagery. I have a keen eye for detail and a deep commitment to refining my craft, often finding inspiration in the most unlikely places. Although much of my work involves watercolour the majority of my pieces I incorporate pen and pencil. Fun fact: I never miss a chance to dip my feet in water—it’s one of my favorite simple pleasures!
Creator Bio
Born and raised in Southeastern, England, Tracy moved to Canada at the age of twenty. She nows calls Ottawa home. Tracy draws inspiration from nature and anything with fine detail. Working primarily in pen and pencil, Tracy is known for her realistic sketches of animals, specifically cats and dogs- and also mushrooms. Her pieces are both of mix of soft pastels, and also black and white imagery. Each piece showcases her attention to detail. With over 20 years of experience, her work illustrates the simplicities of everyday life and captures the magnificence of nature.
